The Office of Group Benefits (OGB) is a state agency within the Louisiana Division of Administration. We provide health and life insurance benefits to eligible state employees, retirees, and their dependents. Our goal is to offer coverage that is clear, affordable, and easy to use.
Our Purpose
OGB was created by state law to ensure that public employees and retirees have access to dependable insurance options. We work closely with participating state agencies so members receive the information, tools, and support they need to understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their health care.
